In compliance with Section 13 of the DPDP Act 2023 and Rule 3(11) of the IT Rules 2021, all data requests and grievances are processed under time-bound statutory SLAs:
If your grievance is not redressed within 30 days, you retain the statutory right under Section 13(3) to file a complaint before the Data Protection Board of India.
