Wallet, Credits & Hourly Billing
Learn how B A C Fuel Tank credits are consumed hourly and how payments work.
B A C uses a modern package-based cloud hosting model. Instead of rigid, arbitrary monthly contracts, your hosting plans credit **Fuel Units / Hours** dynamically relative to the exact number of days in your billing cycle. Your balance is consumed dynamically as your applications run.
Cloud Hosting Packages
Choose the hosting tier that fits your application requirements, billed on a Monthly or Yearly cycle:

Fuel Credit Types
Your balance is split into two pools, shown in your dashboard:
Every active client workspace is allocated a baseline of free credits on the 1st of every month.
⚠️ Program Discontinuation: Starting August 1st, the free hosting credit program is discontinued. Active workspaces will no longer receive free monthly credits.
Credits topped up using the console's payment gateway. They are consumed only when your Free Credits reach zero. Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
How Fuel Credits are Calculated
The fuel units credited to your wallet are calculated dynamically based on the exact calendar days in your billing period (1 day = 24 units/hours):
Units Credited = [Days in Period] × 24
Example: A monthly Starter Cloud purchase in a 31-day month credits exactly 744 Fuel Units. A yearly cycle credits exactly 8,760 Fuel Units (365 days).
Billing Address & GST Taxation
To establish payment mandates and generate formal receipts, B.A.C requires a complete billing address during checkout. 18% GST is applied relative to your location:
GST Breakdown Rules:
- Intra-State (Clients in Gujarat): 9% CGST + 9% SGST added to the base package price.
- Inter-State (Clients outside Gujarat): 18% IGST added to the base package price.
- Automated PDF Invoice: Generated instantly on successful refill/renewal with signature embedding and emailed to your address.
Subscribing & Refilling
Managing your cloud subscription and refilling fuel is processed instantly:
- 1 On the console dashboard, click the Refill button next to the B A C Fuel Tank status widget.
- 2 Select your Cloud Hosting Plan, choose a Monthly or Yearly billing cycle, and input your billing address.
- 3 Complete the checkout flow. Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay gateway (supporting UPI, Credit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets) to establish the payment mandate.
- 4 Your wallet balance is credited immediately, subscription active ranges extend, and a detailed tax invoice PDF is emailed to your profile.
System Maintenance Policies
System maintenance is designed to be minimally disruptive. During updates:
- Targeted Maintenance: Blocks only the console dashboard and logins (`/client`). The main agency landing site (`/`) remains completely operational and active.
- Client Alerts: Automated emails are sent when maintenance starts and when it finishes.
- Dashboard Changelog: Once maintenance finishes, a changelog modal will appear in your dashboard detailing the changes.
To restore service: Simply top up your balance back to a positive amount. Our automated node scanner sweeps the database every 60 seconds and will automatically restart and restore all your suspended applications without requiring manual reconfigurations.
